This is one of the worst nail shops I've ever been to - shellacs lasted a week, normal polish lasted around 24 hours. Some of the staff are friendly and nice however I went once and the lady doing my nails put her headphones in and was on FaceTime the whole time. Went today to get my shellacs taken off as I couldn't go to my normal nail shop..only had a couple left on as I had taken some off myself, yet they still wanted to charge £10. Expensive anyway but when more than half were already off, this is a ridiculous price. Wouldn't recommend to a single person. Read Less

Absolutely by far the worst experience I've ever had. Was told to wait for 20 mins that turned into 45 minutes. Then asked how long they told me 30 minutes. I understand these establishments sometimes involve a wait but a wait of over an hour is despicable, they could at least let you know or keep you updated. Honestly horrendous. Read Less

I rang up to book an appointment to get my nails redone and the lady said they were not taking bookings so I should just turn up. I arrived and asked how long it would be and was told I would have to wait half an hour or so which was fine. The half and hour turned into 45mins as people who had booked appointments had priority. After waiting an hour I said I couldn't wait any longer. She said it would STILL be a half an hour wait! So I left without getting my nails done, having wasted my Saturday afternoon waiting. I stopped going to Kawaii nails a few months back after one of the staff was really rough and rude when doing my nails. Now I remember why I stopped going. I have just used the service of this nail bar today (15/08/16) and I must say I am extremely impressed. Lovely, friendly staff. I have coming to Kawaii Nails for over and year and half every month without fail and I have to say it is definitely worth every single penny. I love coming here, not only for my nail treatment but the team here really provide a warm and first class customer service. They are a lovely team here, San, Lynn and Kim and the rest of the gang. These guys are a credit to Kawaii Nails, Rickmansworth. Not only are they professional, but they are talented, friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating and have always provided me and my friends and clients with appointments when we have needed them. The salon is very clean and it has a nice set up.
