It's not the same since Tara and Sonny left. I'm not a satisfied customer at all with their work. I went in to get polish changed on my feet the tech took the polish off put one coat of polish on and sent me on my way. No clear coat before or after the one coat of polish. First of all Tara is no longer there & hasn't been for several months. Have made appt 3-4 weeks in advance with a certain nail tech & have gone in for my scheduled appt only to find that the tech is no longer there or "had taken off" that day! No one calls to reschedule. This has happened again today & No I don't "want another tech to do my nails" My husband had given me a Gift Certificate & I want a refund!! Read Less

Tara's went above and beyond in customer service! I called the salon to give them a heads up that a wedding party of about 8 of us were coming in to have our nails done the next day. Not only had Hong brought in extra workers to get our group done more quickly, she had also set up an amazing table of fruit, pastries, and orange juice with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and personalized sign congratulating the bride. Had Kim do my nails for the second time. She does a lovely job. The shellac manicure she gave me the first time would have remained perfect for a month if my nails hadn't grown so quickly, absolutely no chips. I am sure this second manicure will last as well. Read Less
