Lovely and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Serenity staff always are kind and helpful. I had booked for a mini indulgence, but indecisive me asked if I could change my pedicure to a manicure- the nail bars were all booked so they booked me in at another date to accommodate me. Amy gave me a wonderful back shoulder and neck massage and a really relaxing facial. The tension in my neck was unbelievable but she worked on relieving the knots. Painful but in a nice way. I love all the treatments I have at Serenity. So much so that I have all my big events booked up until Christmas as I would hate to miss out! I always look forward to my treatments at Serenity. The Salon is lovely and all the Serenity girls are warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. I have a wide variety of treatments most of which are with Ellie or Becca and I highly recommend them both. The Caci facials and Microdermabrasion are fabulous and pedicures just lovely. Massages with Emily are a must. Semi-permanent make-up, for me eyebrows, with Anna are beautiful, she is exceptionally talented.
