STAY CLEAR!! Popped in here yesterday for a repair and re polish as I was in the area. Very poor attention to detail. Gel base covered my cuticles and finish was poor. Didn't have time to have 're done so called later to complain. They argued with me from the start as I didn't want to return for my nails to be corrected. I just wanted the gel taken off and a refund. After 20 mins he agreed. I've been in today and oh my god!!! Gel was removed with total disregard for my nails. The corners of 3 nails have been filed down. When I mentioned this they tried to tell me they were already like it. They were not!! The women told me I was rude and said I can't expect perfect nails. I replied that I simply wanted the colour removed and the shape should not have been changed. I couldn't be bothered to argue so went to grab my bag and when i turned around she was taking photos of me! I asked what she was doing and she ran into the back of the shop. I asked her to show me her phone and she very quickly deleted the pictures. Please use this nail bar with caution. I'm sure for some they are great but god forbid you ever say you're unhappy!!
