Absolutely awful! Bleached my hair to orange the over bleached it and toned it so much my hair was like bubblegum!! All fell out/snapped off... During this process of 6 hrs!! i was made to feel like it was my fault!!! Terrible service i would never go back .

Wait wayyyy too long to be seen most times there is only 1 person doing nails and then a pedicure takes 2 hours! Got my fill and my nail was chipped within a few days and I am not a work with my hands...

Graham of Talent is the best hairdresser I have experienced. I do not know how he does it but My hair style stays fine even after 3 months later (or longer), in spite of considerable hair growth!

Best place for a pedicure....such a large variety of services from hot stone pedicures to chocolate or lavender pedicures. Everyone there does such a great job, especially Lisa.

Went here for a consultation that I booked; I asked for highlights to be put through my hair - which I completely understood that with the condition my hair, it wouldn't be easy - and they said they would do a strand test with bleach the day after and call me back then. Almost a week later and they still haven't called me back. This is extremely rude, and I will not be going here ever again, nor will I be recommending the place.
