Came here as my usual salon was fully booked, wish I didn’t. Guy I had didn’t pay attention at all, kept clipping my fingers with the drill, didn’t check all my nails were the same length and never asked what shape I wanted. As he got the buffing block out before painting I asked for the shape I wanted he sighed and did a half hearted job at it. After that a lady did the painting and she was brilliant, as was one of the pedicure girls who came to give me advice on the colour. Was in a rush so didn’t really look at them until later in the day, the paint job is lovely but they’re all different shapes and lengths. personally I would avoid this place unless you can get one of the lovely ladies. Shame as this place used to be so good!!!

I have been going to glamour nails for a while and recently I have found that over the last few months there customer service is not as good. I booked an appointment over a week ago for me and my sister to have a pedicure done at the same time for her birthday. When we got there we waited a few minutes then to be told they will start on one of us first but not on the the main pedicure chairs where you ecpect to relax have a massage etc instead they said to sit on a chair where they do the manicures and lift my foot up while they started. In which I refused being 6 months pregnant and having booked am appt. Finally they got 2 chairs ready for both us too have our pedicure done about 15 mins later!The overall experience just seemed so rushed( and they weren't even busy and had no one waiting!!) Like they wanted to do it as quick as possible and get you out of there with no time spent on just a relaxing treatment and there prices have just gone up to far too expensive £33 for just a short rushed pedicure with a bit of gel colour on. Not a Happy customer lately......

So disappointed. My friend and I went in to get a simple French Manicure, paint only. Had to ask 3 times before they understood, very rude and harsh whilst filing my nail, turned out to be a very indelicate French Manicure, so much so, I had to remove the polish when I got home, only to find that my nails where dry and brittle. Possibly because they didn't use a base coat and a nail oil. Also my friend had to remove her polish, because they had filed her nails very short, thinking that she was getting acrylic nails, which we had specifically asked not to have. They had not taken the glue off properly which also dried my friends nails out even more. We were both very disappointed by the finished result as my friends nails were red, instead of a clear polish. Absolutely disgusted, very disappointed, would not recommend or return. So happy that this wasn't for a special occasion. What a waste of my money.

I am a compulsive nail biter to the extent that I actually bite through my acrylics whenever I have them done. This nail shop is the only place I trust to do my nails. Never once have they turned me away no matter how badly bitten they are and they are the strongest and most secure acrylics I've ever had with minimal damage the natural nail underneath. This nail shop has an amazing reputation in the area for being the best around and it couldn't be more true.

Was visiting the area 2 weeks ago and decided to have my nails done. What a friendly attentive service. I live in London but will definitely recommend and use this Salon again.

Came here as my usual salon was fully booked, wish I didn’t. Guy I had didn’t pay attention at all, kept clipping my fingers with the drill, didn’t check all my nails were the same length and never asked what shape I wanted. As he got the buffing block out before painting I asked for the shape I wanted he sighed and did a half hearted job at it. After that a lady did the painting and she was brilliant, as was one of the pedicure girls who came to give me advice on the colour. Was in a rush so didn’t really look at them until later in the day, the paint job is lovely but they’re all different shapes and lengths. personally I would avoid this place unless you can get one of the lovely ladies. Shame as this place used to be so good!!!

I am a compulsive nail biter to the extent that I actually bite through my acrylics whenever I have them done. This nail shop is the only place I trust to do my nails. Never once have they turned me away no matter how badly bitten they are and they are the strongest and most secure acrylics I've ever had with minimal damage the natural nail underneath.
