I have had my nails done twice now by Paul and I’ve been really happy with them each time and received lots of compliments. Paul is very friendly and is happy to go with a design that I pick, usually one I find on his Instagram account. The nails themselves last for weeks which is what I am so pleased with as I’ve had trouble with long lasting nails in the past! Had a great experience last week when I had a full set done with tips , we walked straight in off the street on a busy afternoon , paul done mine and did a great job . We had a great chat and a laugh and was nice to catch up . I haven't been back in 7 years and was treated the same as I was back then . I experienced rude women on my side of the shop , ignorance and a language barrier that I tried to help with and found the staff to be spoken TO badly while the customer was being polite to me! Went in to check if they had time to do a pedicure, the woman was super rude. I asked if she could tell me how long the wait and she started raising her voice saying I hadn't booked and that I just had to wait. Which I would have done if she had not spoken so rudely to me. i since found out that my cousin went in and they did a very poor job on her nails. I normally go to glamour nails but they were fully booked so thought I'd give them a go but never again. Glamour nails on the other hand are brilliant and really nice. Read Less

Literally awful. The nails where rushed and where so rough, i was actually made to bleed. The staff where rude as hell, and had ago at me for being an hour early. When actually i wasn't and the owner had confused me with another client who came in while i was sitting there. Don't go here. terrible terrible customer service. Didn't get a hi or a bye, barely spoken to through my whole nails. Didn't even get a thank you when I paid at the end. Went once and decided would never go back again, If you're going to work in an environment where you are dealing with the public please learn to be friendly! Read Less
