My daughter had a pamper party here today. I thought Sam and the rest of the team were excellent and very professional. My daughter was very pleased with how it all went. Went in today to book a few treatments however after speaking to a member of staff i was told best person would be speak to the manager laura. So whilst i coukd see she was on the phone i waited. By tgis point a customer that she must have know walked in and even whilst she was on the phone she looked up and waved and a knowledged him. So once she put the phone down and went on the pc i thought she would deal with me soon after. No. A few seconds later even though i am waiting there and have been for 10 mins she picked a call up when it rang, completeley ignored me. I decided to turn around and walk out to which another colleague then started to say if she could help clearly seeing i had been standing there for 10 mins. My girl turned 7 and had a make up party at Forever Me. She had 7 friends with her. All the girls loved how pretty the salon is, and felt so grown having their hair, make up and nails done at a real salon. The ladies were great with the girls.
