Had a guy called hennry do my nails they were done ok he then started to do my pedicure I felt uncomfortable as he was talking in his native language to his college about the hard skin on the bott...
Had a guy called hennry do my nails they were done ok he then started to do my pedicure I felt uncomfortable as he was talking in his native language to his college about the hard skin on the bottom of my big toe I asked him to file it right down in which he replied it will bleed when he took hardly any skin off when coming to paint my toes the colour didn't cover the brushed nail so I asked for a darker shade with that he got up and asked a colleague to finish off my feet my legs or feet wasn't massaged so what should have been a delightful experience wasn't I will go back just not to have any treatment done by hennry

Best manicure/acrylic I’ve had. They take so much more care than my usual place (Nottingham) and it’s really relaxed and friendly. They also listened to what I wanted and did a better job over all. Go...
Best manicure/acrylic I’ve had. They take so much more care than my usual place (Nottingham) and it’s really relaxed and friendly. They also listened to what I wanted and did a better job over all. Good price too. They have a booking system too which is better than sitting around waiting.

Professional service every time, I have a both shellac gel infills and pedicures here regularly and never have I had a problem. My nails look good for 3 weeks and they have a fantastic array of colour...
Professional service every time, I have a both shellac gel infills and pedicures here regularly and never have I had a problem. My nails look good for 3 weeks and they have a fantastic array of colours. The chair for the pedicure is a massage chair and it’s a real treat to settle down, relax and be pampered. The staff are friendly and talented and I wouldn’t go anywhere else 💅🏼💕

My favourite nail bar ! Excellent choice of colours and friendly staff, there is no nail art they can't do and they take there time. I have been using H.J nails for a few years and have never had a bad experience or been disappointed. Would defintley recommend to anyone looking for a pretty set of nails x

This is one of the best nail salons around. My nails last for atleast 4 weeks , no chips or stains . The service is amazing And I would highly recommend this salon... I always leave the salon feeling ...

I didn’t like how they rush through pedicure when more people are waiting to get pedicures. It’s like a panic mode. Take your time and ensure customer has nice experience.

My first time to get a pedicure and I get an older lady who cuts my toes and when starts bleeding she laughs and puts my foot in the water .... they don't speak any English!!... when I asked my nail tech how long she did nails for, she brushed off my answer and said "a while now" while she screwed up 3 of my fingers. I saw her pour USED acetone back into the bottle to reuse, very poor hygiene!! Very overpriced... I will never go back!

Everything was perfect until it was time to go to the massage table. Although the employes were super friendly. The person who gave me the very rude massages very strong, I thought it was normal. but No . After a few hours my whole spine hurt, today I could hardly move from the pain, this I feel is not normal. I am a healthy 42 year old woman. I just thought that if Mom had been the client, she would have had to go to the emergency room with her. It was supposed to be a day of relaxation massage, it was not. I even thought I'd go to the hospital if I stayed like this. Beautiful place, excellent attention. But the massages for me was a traumatic experience.
