So rude & aggressive! Told the guy in there he was hurting me several times (that burning sensation) he began shouting at me! Saying it was my fault!!! By the third time of telling him he got aggressive so got up & walked out. He was more interested in shouting at his staff waving the drill around in an irrigate manner which made me feel incredibly nervous, as half the time he wasn't looking what he was doing either!! A couple of times I had to move my head backwards to avoid being swiped. Very Unprofessional and left me feeling very shaken. I've been going to that salon for years & now never ever again. Awful place! Had my hands and feet done here the day before I went on holiday, spent the holiday limping the guy left my feet red raw. He also clipped my toenails below the natural line, I was left with polish on my toes and I had to remove my nail polish from my hands as it had smudged in several places before I got home. I had a 10% off voucher but they wouldn't apply it as she said the 10% is already taken off which made no sense at all! Why give out vouchers in the 1st place! The staff are all talking in their language whilst they are doing your treatments to each other or are sitting on their phones.
