For First time getting nail extentions I was excited but left very dsappointed. I had so many diffrent staff doing my nails, as they kept swapping around. This was due to witnessing the shop taking in to many customers even though they had customers already there getting there nails done. This lead to waiting 2hrs to finally have them completed what should have took 40mins. I kept telling the one in charge that I did not have enough time as I needed be somewhere she kept saying it will be done. The staff were quite friendly, but did talk over customers in chinese which I found quite rude. Also the Nails ended being discusting not looking professional at all, I could not even wear them had to take them off as soon as. As they looked awful. Looked like a bad nail job gone wrong at home. Rude staff talking to each other loudly in Chinese from one table to the other, treating customers disrespectfully. When I went to pick at nail polish it was hard to find one that was not dried up. The salon looks dirty, hygiene definitely not on the agenda. I wanted a pedicure but wouldn't have trusted them using unclean tools on my toes. I couldn't wait to get out. AWFUL!! Both times I’ve been here the nails have been terrible quality. Had acrylics done here and within 4 days they were coming away at the top and then after a week and a half they started pinging off!! Not sure what terrible products they use but I’d save your money and go to somewhere decent - the only reason I went back was because it was a Sunday and I was desperate for them to be done - wasn’t even cheap either paid £28!!! As me and my mum walked in we saw a nail bar so we decided to go inside and then half way through the treatment then they swapped person we were shocked as they didn't know what to do so my mum who works at a salon (2 be beutiful) and runs they told her that she was wrong about what she was saying and they told to leave with the clips on so we walked out. The manager who is a female is absolutely rude and has the worst attitude, nails are not all the same and I will never get my nails done here again. She is very confrontational and is not a nice person. Avoid this nail shop and go elsewhere she should be ashamed of herself and the way she treats customers. AVOID!!! Read Less

A&T did a great and very thorough job on my nails, they spent a lot more time than most over washing and cleaning my nails and I'm sure that's why only 4 of my nails are chipped 1 month later, not that you'd want to leave them on for 4 weeks as a rule.However I found the staff very rude and abrupt. They were giving me orders like "Sit there!", "Hands in there!" and "Go wash!". This was not only abrupt but also not very helpful as the very brief wave of the receptionist's hand in the direction of my left shoulder wasn't enough to tell me where she wanted me to sit, there were a number of empty workstations as well as a waiting area. I went to the wrong place and the receptionist got quite annoyed with me, maybe most people wouldn't have a problem but I needed her to be more specific. I use this nail bar on a regular basis, every time I use it I am greeted in a friendly and professional manner by both Lexi and her husband. They are quick to attend to their customers and are very attentative and listen to what the customer wants. I have never had any problems with my acrylic nails in all the time that I have been using this nail bar, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lexi done my nails this evening, I can't remeber the last time I was happy with a set of acrylics until now. The nail technician was very friendly, polite, professional and funny. Found this salon by chance, every time I walked past the customers leaving were very happy and smiling, a good advert for a nail salon! Having tried other salons in the area with disastrous results I went in and got my nails done, fantastic job, very professional, I was asked exactly what I wanted and was amazed at the attention to detail. I have been a few times now and always get a warm welcome, coffee and the same professional service I had at my first visit, I would not go anywhere else now, superb customer service and very well trained staff! Awful nail salon very unprofessional and rude when confronted about my nails that had fallen off numerous amount of times... and had a little mould on my nails as they had lifted and water was going underneath them... told me that if they come off agian she would redo them.. then they come off agian and she said she would redo them for me but when I went down their she would only do the ones that had cone off when they was all falling off. DISGUSTING WOULD PUT NO STAR!! WARNING! A.T nails in Hemel town next to Jenny's cafe in bank court are AWFUL please stay away shocking how our nails were left! The staff called the police to have us removed police agreed with us so we peacefully protested they refused to redo our nails or give a refund stay well away from this shop! SHOCKING!! Wrong shape asked for almond shape got mountain shape!! Absolutely disgusting service rude staff she even tried dragging other customers into the argument my sisters nails were half taken off and left they look horrendous I wanted to warn others about this rip off salon! I went because the services done in my nails last less than a week to just change one of the nails the girl at the reception was so rude because as a customer I explain my reasons why this happens firts she wants charge me £5 for one nail and then she was shut me down of my explanation and say she don't have time to talk I say ok it's no need be rude she stand up of the chair and say I'm not doing the job 😳😳 I was what ???? Do not go here - the lady who owns it is rude and so is her male partner - they were clearly talking about me and my mother and laughing obviously about something to do with us - She charged me £10 to take off my white tips and acrylic - the sign on the high street clearly states FREE to remove and she pretended to have misunderstood me.The male doing my mums infill was really dismissive - no manners at all - go wash!' he demanded - my mum is 69 and is partially sighted - Never again - there are many nail bars in Hemel and this pair do not deserve the business they are rude and arrogant and told us when i challenged her about the free take off after she had done it to 'get lost' and shrugged her shoulders !!
