I had my acrylic shellac nails removed. This is the place to go if you don’t like them using a machine on your nail, however is much slower. I was told it can take up to 2 hours as they do it naturally however, I was pleasantly surprised when it took much less time. I was relaxed and the girl was lovely and we had friendly chit chat throughout. The results were so much better than when I had them done in another place in hatfield as they paid attention and made sure to take care of my natural nails. Very bad experiance done by Chloe. I called in to remove my acrylics and they said it would take upto 2 hours. However it took 3 and a half, nearly double the time! She is very inexperianced as she cut my nails very irregular, one was very short compared to the others and did not look right. She does not know how to file nails down. My cuticles started to bleed and i had marks around them. They are still sore. Another woman took over at around 3 hours and did a much more better job and was pain free. She was apologetic and charged my only £5 due to the experiance. Read Less

Nice staff, but so inexperienced. Went for an arm wax and had to ask her to go over big patches she missed out. I came home still with patchy arms. She wasted too much time alternating the wooden sticks to apply the wax, a very slow and painful experience. I was better off doing it myself, not worth the price I paid. Read Less
