I went in only to take off my acrylic shellac nails and proceeded to put my hands in a bowl of acetone without protection then after removing, use a machine on my real nail. I came out with dry paper thin nails that broke so easily (I have strong nails, so result of machine). And she broke one of my nails just by filing them as they were so weak. Horrible manager, zero zero manners and customer skills!!! No flexible ! I would love to know who is the owner of this place! They are busy just because they have some nice people working there! Went in to have nails done as it was my fathers funeral day after and wanted to do him proud. Was told it would last two weeks and as they looked nice would leave them for when I went back to work. Thankfully they were ok on the Friday but on Saturday pink was now turning purple. Went back to complain and asked for a refund showing them my nails. I said I did not want it all as they had shaped them. They refused saying it is not there policy to refund. I was in there ages. Disgusted so be aware that if you want them for a special event they might just turn after a couple of days. It was there attitude that really annoyed me. They have NO ONE at reception so you end up talking to someone who is already working on someones nails, kept stopping to talk to me even though this poor woman had already said she was in a rush. This is my new neighborhood salon, it is great! When I walked in I was greeted and led to a seat where they then asked if I wanted anything to drink. A little more pricey than the last nail spot I frequented but it was worth it to not be rushed through and not cutting my cuticles making them bleed. Read Less
