If I could give zero stars I would. Idk how this place has a 5 star rating. There must not be many nail salons in Oviedo. I kick myself for staying til the end because everything that was done got worse from the very beginning. First the place is not clean or tidy, the whole shop is old and dated. Second the lady spoke almost zero English. That doesn’t mean though that she doesn’t understand English. I don’t speak Spanish but I understand it very well. Not that this matters... because she could have done a good job without saying a word. But when I spoke up about things that concerned me she shook her head yes and ignored me. She drilled my nails using no less than 5 tips and drilled my nails til they were paper thin and cut into my cuticles til they bled. She glued a plastic tip on and used so much glue it was a mess underneath and super thick. Then she carelessly filed the same plastic tip so poorly it was jagged and pointed upward. Then she used a thick sticky base coat that was gooey and stringy and again carelessly slopped it on my nail and added a hundred layers of powder. She left dips and gaps to the point that the nail was completely misshapen. Then she used a Gelish gel polish topcoat on an SNS dip. What? I was so eager to find a place close to home that I believed these FB reviews and was terribly mistaken. This place is garbage. For God’s sake don’t go here. I have NEVER not tipped someone before.
