They were really nice in there spent time on my nails but I have had my nails done else where many times and my nails have been hurting for the past 2 days this has never happend before and the shaping is tottaly off I asked for coffin shaped and I got squared I didn't say anything because they were getting shorter and shorter and I wanted them quiet long so I would truly not recommend here unless your looking for something more natural like gel or something Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Never again 1st and last - I am in a wheelchair and I do not feel I was treated as everyone else. The man in there quite tall and slim built with grey stripes on his flicked hair would just take my hands rush me and he would not ask me how I want my nails whether short or kept long when filling them. He would not remove the shallac nail polish with foil which is the safe procedure for a professional to do, instead he wanted to use the grinder which I kept telling him my nerves are extremely sensitive to but he did not care and he said I can go to other nail shops and that they are all doing it this way because it takes long to remove with foil. Even though I kept trying to express that the foil procedure protects my nails because what he was doing was very painful. When I wanted to choose the colour to match my feet, he would not help me to look at my feet from my wheelchair to match, he said he did not have the time even though it is his job to provide the colour I seek on my nails and I had it on my feet to show. Usually your hands are washed in between to remove nail dust but he did not allow me to do this. When he finished he did not even lotion my hands, I had to tell the lady doing my mothers nails that I had not been lotioned or treated as the other people where. Trying to be kind she put lotion on my hands but it felt dirty being mixed with the nail dust. In the end I washed my own hands when my mother pushed me to the wash basin and put my own lotion - WHAT A HORRIBLE AND NOT PAMPERED EXPERIENCE AT ALL. I left with painful fingernails and when I arrived home I realised that there were markings on one of my nails which look terrible because the polish was not applied properly. Will never return to this shop again after today's experience with TONY. Thankfully one of the ladies working in there was apologetic on his behalf, but the way he spoke to me after I changed my mind on the shape and asked the lady to change it - Tony reduced me to tears in the shop leaving me completely humiliated in front of all the customers and staff for simply changing my mind. I was there twice. Last time I was yesterday. The man who made my nails didn't ask about what I want. When I told to him that my nails are too long, he get upset!
