Absolutely horrific place. My nails look like a blind person has done them, I kept telling the woman that it was hurting, their a complete mess, she glued her finger to mine and ripped it off, I asked for coffin shape nails and I can’t even begin to explain what shape this is. She was that idiotic I had to take the nail file and do it myself when she kept trying to paint them, my nails are so thin that their bending and their different sizes aswell. I actually want to cry with how horrific these nails are. The paint job is an absolute joke a monkey could of painted them better with their feet. I have been going to Shenley nails every now and then for a while now and this time was by far the best. I had a really lovely new lady who took time to make sure my nails where the neatest they could be. Whenever I’ve gone they have done a good job, wide selection of polishes and some friendly staff. Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them less than one star I would. Firstly, the staff are rude, they act like they are doing you a favour meanwhile you're paying them to do their job. When I eventually got attended to do, the woman was rushing everything. Didn't listen to me when I told her what shape I wanted and continuously kept hurting my finger after I told her several times I was in pain. (GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE IS NOT PAINFUL). After I told her I wanted gel powder, she proceeded to use acrylic powder after I told her REPEATEDLY then she started shouting at me asking "What is she supposed to do now?" The nails looked terrible but I managed it anyway. Only for my to take my nails off two weeks later and find that TWO OF MY FINGERS WERE INFECTED. My nails had gone green and they were in a lot of pain. My doctor said that it must have been the last place I got my nails done.
