Have been twice.First I had a normal manichiure done and yes it looked clean but the nail polish had bubbles and it chipped the same day...so there was £10 thrown out the window. Second time I've been and I had acrylic done on top of my nails and the nail technician ...she didn't seem professional..she gave me the worst shape ever!The nails are not the same size...the colour is far away from the cuticules...it really looks like a 5 year old applied nail polish on me...so disappointed. So far I know of 3 technicians who work there and none of them do quality work...however...maybe the other 3 or 4...can actually do something better... But I've tried it and NEVER again. Read Less

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff here! Why bother to ask what I wanted when I wasn't listened to? I never received the service I asked for and when I complained to sit there and try and argue with me about it, in the end I just walked out after being shouted at! I have been getting my nails done for 12 years and have never encountered anything like this before total lack of professionalism! Steer well clear!! Read Less

I had heard good things about the salon and thought I would give it a go. I had a full set of acrylic nails put on and was very disappointed. Although I was seen very quickly even though it was busy I felt I was very rushed and ignored throughout the appointment. The results were awful, they were the wrong shape and length, the colour had bubbles in and the nails had lifted within an hour. Also many of my fingers had slits on and we're very sore. I had to book an appointment to have my nails redone the next day which meant I had to pay even more money to get the result I wanted. Overall I have come to the conclusion that I won't be visit in again. Read Less
