Went in there to have my nails done today. First time and very last time. Never have I been into a salon/nail bar where the staff are so rude. To sit there for over half an hour and all you can here is all the staff talking amongst themselves. Very rude and unprofessional. Not a place that feels relaxing. Won't be returning or recommending them. And the man didn't do a very good job with my nails either. I will be going to a more professional salon next to have them redone properly Read Less

Nina the spar owner is lovely and polite and very accomodating, however, I have had issues with rude staff there on more than four occasions. I have today had another rude staff member butt in while I was discussing something with Nina. The staff then started talking among themselves in their native language which is extremely rude given it was quite clear what they were talking about.. First time i came here I loved my nails. The second time I had the older guy, he took over an hour an a half to do an infill, and less than two weeks later they look uneven, chipped and really cheap. He also managed to file the skin on the tip of my little finger, and didn't react when I flinched and moved my hand away. Have had my nails done here on several occasions & they have always looked great , however had pedicure & manicure this week but after 30hours the nail vanish started falling off in large chunks. Went back to them & they said they should redo my nails , so I made a appoint for. 2:30 by 2:50 I got feed up waiting. A lady in front of me ,when I left , had been waiting since 2:15.
