When I entered the salon although several persons were at the desk, no one acknowledged my presence. I waited patiently to be acknowledged and helped. There was a rough start however, Cindy did an AMAZING job with my pedicure. The basin was very cute however, not so friendly for my size 10 feet. Liz did an amazing job on my threading for my eyebrows. I will return for another visit.

I love this place and have been a loyal customer since they opened. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I have gone lots of places and their mani and pedis last longer than anyone else’s. It is always very clean and I’ve never had a bad experience. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I was in this establishment for five minutes and no one said “hello” or asked “how may I help you”. Finally, after realizing no one was going to assist me because I wasn’t a “regular” nor “famous” (not yet) I finally asked someone for assistance. I ordered the Healing Therapy (most expensive menu item) for my hands and feet. Kathy did a great job on my feet and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that did my hands (which she never told me her name) did not do a ...good job. I felt as though she was in a hurry to get home to her son. I felt she was trying to get into my pockets to see if I would be a “regular” or “passing through”. My Healing Therapy manicure was very rushed. I even asked for a product on my hands and she told me she didn’t have time and should come back Sunday. I’m new to Smyrna but Polished will not be my choice home for my manicures and pedicures. Be careful how you treat ALL people. You never know where blessing come from. PS I still gave a $20 tip of which I hope Kathy was the recipient because if the lady who did my hands received the tip then that would be stealing. See More

Fantastically clean, good customer service, nice work on my toes. Will never go anywhere else. I have made an appointment before, but last visit I was a walk-in, went right in...it wasn't real busy, but nonetheless, it's possible if you pick the right time and day, I suppose.

Very poor customer service. The hours are clearly posted on the door (10-7pm). I am told at 6:27 pm, "we are closed. We close at 6. Are you sure it says 7 for Saturday?" I said"yes," while pointing at the door. I then said, "I will not be back." Okay was her response. CUSTOMER SERVICE's shift must have ended at 6pm.

My team and I purchased a $50 gift certificate for our manager to get a pedicure for Christmas 2014. Shortly afterward, she had to have surgery on her feet and couldn't render services until her feet...
My team and I purchased a $50 gift certificate for our manager to get a pedicure for Christmas 2014. Shortly afterward, she had to have surgery on her feet and couldn't render services until her feet completely healed. When she was ready, the certificate had already expired. I called to extend the certificate because I thought they would surely understand. To my surprise, they declined the extension...poor customer service, $ 50 lost and no customer satisfaction.

We had made appointments prior to our arrival, and were taken for our mani/pedi's right on time. Great color selection, extremely clean facility, and very nice stylists. I would highly recommend an appointment, especially if you are stopping in for eyebrow threading. There were about 6 girls in line for threading on a Saturday morning, and their technician doing the threading was fabulous!

I spoilt my girlfriend to a load of treatments here and she loved it. Very professional and she loved all of her treatments. Would definately recommend it.

When I entered the salon although several persons were at the desk, no one acknowledged my presence. I waited patiently to be acknowledged and helped. There was a rough start however, Cindy did an AMAZING job with my pedicure. The basin was very cute however, not so friendly for my size 10 feet.
