Have been going to Baloo for years- brilliant service. SNS nails are well done and couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. I’ve also had my lashes done at Baloo and they lasted over 5 weeks. Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Nails only lasted a week and I didn't like the attitude of one of the members of staff …. considering they are the most expensive nail bar have been to I would not recommend.

Nice and friendly but don’t have a lot of choice for colours for gel -found myself going elsewhere because didn’t have any colours I liked-They need to update there stock and provide more options if they want to compete with other nail bars in the area.

This salon is the worst nail bar i have ever been to ,poor service,lady does not speak english could not understand anything ,made my fingers sore & bleed.Would not recomend this salon!!!!!

The staff are very friendly at baloo. However, I've been a few times with a couple of friends that haven't had the best experience. One of the girls was charged an extra £5 just to have her nails long...
The staff are very friendly at baloo. However, I've been a few times with a couple of friends that haven't had the best experience. One of the girls was charged an extra £5 just to have her nails longer. We all thought this was ridiculous as they cut off the acrylic nail anyway! Another one of the girls hadn't even had them done for a week and one snapped off. The same girl also wasn't asked how long or short she wanted her nails and they were just cut off. The colour selection isn't also isn't very good. I'm not longer using baloo to have my nails done and I'm sure this unfortunately means a lot of girls that we are friends with won't either.

Very pleased with nails, not sure about the cleanliness! I don't like to hear them talking in their language to each other, while working, when they speak English perfectly well. I think it's very rud...
Very pleased with nails, not sure about the cleanliness! I don't like to hear them talking in their language to each other, while working, when they speak English perfectly well. I think it's very rude! Having said that they seemed very friendly and chatty.

The staff are very friendly at baloo. However, I've been a few times with a couple of friends that haven't had the best experience.
