Always love the quality of nails here. The team make them look fine and delicate. I like my nails to look super natural - I am tough on my hands and clumsy so have to have acrylic with shilac on top. There isn't a lot that is 'Top' about this place. The staff are very rude and despite having a booking I was kept waiting for 20 mins and then asked what I was having done? Dual 'treatment' in between another customer. (Won't use the word client as wasn't made to feel one) Very good selection of colours as a positive but no cuticle cutting, no real filing of my nails - just a snip, a blunt file and then gelish applied. Not convinced they will stay without chipping ( and the whole point of gel colour is that they last) and the colour really needed 3 coats. As a dash in, job done and if you happy with zero customer attention then go. I won't be in future. For an extra 7/8 quid there is much better locally . Read Less

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! Appalling customer service! My daughter's gel nails chipped off really badly in less than one week. She went in to ask for them to be re-done and they refused. I then phoned them and was literally shouted at by the male technician! How rude and unprofessional, again telling us it's her fault and that gels are like normal polish! Having already told us they last 4 weeks! Outrageous customer service! Never going back. Going to a proper beauty salon in future as they are the same price for polite service and any mistakes would be rectified for free. Read Less

I love my nails but i'm not sure why the customer service was so bad. I was trying to be friendly and was uncertain what i needed to do as it was my first time gettig acrylics. I changed my mind on colour and shape, asking the nails to be filed a little more. When I left I said thank you and was completely ignored.The nails are great but a smile and some form of interaction would greatly improve customer satisfaction. I felt like I was in trouble any time I asked a question. I understood I was 8 minutes late for my appointment but it felt everything I asked was a huge inconvenience.This was a real shame as I would like go back but perhaps e treated like not only a paying customer but a person.I hope it was just an off day. Get exactly what you pay for. It was pretty quiet & I think it is very very similar to Hollywood Nails which may come as a shock to people. Its only £25 for a full acrylic set which isn't bad for Winchester. There was another customer in the shop at the same time who was obviously unhappy at the level of service (complaining that the employees were rude) - however I feel like this isn't exactly a proper 'salon' as such so if your looking for chit chat etc your better off going elsewhere. Although a little more expensive than I was quoted on the phone, it was a really chilled atmosphere and I have come away with lovely nails. just watched my friend get her nails done and having been experienced in getting acrylics for long period these were done awfully - man claimed he had no airbrush and way we were spoken to was appalling. Lovely staff with the right attitudes, smiles and motivation to create the best experience (and manicure in this case) for you possible, whether it may be simple or glamorous. I got a full set of acrylic nails done today in a nude colour with a simple design. I am in love with the results and definitely would recommend Top Nails! Thoroughly recommended... Both Lee & Lila are very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work.
