Professional standard nails with a good knowledge of current styles, friendly accommodating staff, very quick and efficient service. Bookable appointments and a loyalty card for regular clients available. Recommended.

Not very professional, did not bother about cuticles, rough finishing with edges untidy not cleaning excess polish. I would not recommend it.

This is the worst place ever to get your nails done. Strongly do NOT reccomend. They cut my skin multiple times due to which my fingers started bleeding and they didnt even apologise. They were extremely painful when pushing the cuticles. I asked for ombre nails and it turn out disgusting and nothing like what i had asked for and she tried to cover it up with glitter but it was attrocious and a waste of money. i had to pay £37 for something that was disgusting, painful and a waste of money! I suggest going somewhere in Southampton or anywhere else but there but i strongly reccomend that no-one goes to Hollywood nails unless you want to walk out unimpressed, injured and feeling like you’ve wasted a hard days worth of money.

Awful. Had shellic done and a few days later my nail broke half way down my finger. The actual polish is thin and they didn't put enough on so now my nails look streaky.
The mother and daughter were arguing while the daughter was trying to do my nails which was extremely unprofessional.
Pathetic to be honest. Would rather use my effort to get on the train down to Southampton and get my nails done there.

Nice little salon, with some friendly people. Phoned to book an appointment but was told it was too busy. Asked for next available appointment, the lady over the phone didn't bother listening to what I had to say. I wanted two things done that day, instead she hung up on me in mid sentence. I was very shocked by her rudeness and her lack of customer service. I wanted to give this salon another chance after my last experience; which wasn't the best. You'll either have the best experience or the worst experience at this salon, just depends who you get. Hopefully not the lady I had over the phone.

Please, pay £15 more and go to a reputable salon. The manager at Winchester doesn't have the ability to apologise, admit when she is wrong, offer remedial work or a refund, and told my 15 year old daughter that if she didn't like it, and was left in floods of tears, it was her fault.
I've never in my life experienced such appalling customer service.
Hollywood Nails are cheap for a very good reason.

Disgusting company! Left our 15 year old daughter in floods of tears - whilst still in the shop, after doing a terrible job on what was meant to be a Christmas treat. The owner showed no remorse and even said "if your daughter is crying that's not my problem" Getting a refund was out of the question.
A truly despicable way to treat any customer. When we took our daughter to a professional establishment they were appalled at the job Hollywood Nails had done.
Save yourself the pain (and money) go somewhere professional!

This is the worst place ever to get your nails done. Strongly do NOT reccomend. They cut my skin multiple times due to which my fingers started bleeding and they didnt even apologise. They were extremely painful when pushing the cuticles. The mother and daughter were arguing while the daughter was trying to do my nails which was extremely unprofessional.

Nice little salon, with some friendly people. Phoned to book an appointment but was told it was too busy. Asked for next available appointment, the lady over the phone didn't bother listening to what I had to say. I wanted two things done that day, instead she hung up on me in mid sentence. I was very shocked by her rudeness and her lack of customer service. I wanted to give this salon another chance after my last experience; which wasn't the best. You'll either have the best experience or the worst experience at this salon, just depends who you get. Hopefully not the lady I had over the phone.
