I frequently get my nails done here but I do find the end result depends on the person doing my nails. I cannot fault the owners, who are in most of the time, but occasionally others come in to cover ...
I frequently get my nails done here but I do find the end result depends on the person doing my nails. I cannot fault the owners, who are in most of the time, but occasionally others come in to cover the work and I always end up having a nail come off. The price is competitive and everyone is friendly.

Had just moved to the area and needed to find somewhere new to get my nails done and gave this a go.
Good set of acrylics, talented artists. However, I thought they were both quite rude to be honest....

Good set of acrylics, talented artists. However, I thought they were both quite rude to be honest. They seemed frustrated at what I wanted done. He cut them too short and when I asked for them longer the lady he worked with said no!! I asked politely again and explained he hadn't asked me and went ahead and he started again and fixed it! Would never of had that in my previous nail spa!
I felt uncomfortable and the whole process took an hour and a half! They weren't complicated just a full set of coffin nails painted grey.. will not be going again.

Woman who did my nails was very rude , didn’t speak to me once and she was so so rough with my hands and nails , burning with nail drill and in pain the next day .
Also they have their small children...

Also they have their small children running around and in and under tables and the screaming and shouting will burst your ear drums , so if u don’t like screaming children then advise not to go .
Will not be returning, was first visit and will definitely be my last .

Been using Peter and T for years; the new shop is kitted out nicely; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I've not had any issues with my nails, I have white tip acrylics each time and get pedicu...
Been using Peter and T for years; the new shop is kitted out nicely; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I've not had any issues with my nails, I have white tip acrylics each time and get pedicures or toe nail painted too which is always done well.
The prices are slightly dearer but worth it as the whole experience is great.
I see having my nails done every 3 weeks as my treat.

Disappointing, Took my daughter and her friend as a treat for her birthday. Barely acknowledged we were their never mind making us feel welcome, very rude, tried to up the price. The quality of their nails was slopping could of done a better job myself at home, just felt like they couldn't be bothered and rushed us in and out... Will not be recommending this place, not a good experience, nail technician didn't even say hello to the girls never mind making it feel special for them ...

If you have natural nails and value them, don't go here. Absolutely ruined all nails using electric gadget to remove cuticle. Absolutely awful. I have ridges which now need to grow out and nail bed is...
If you have natural nails and value them, don't go here. Absolutely ruined all nails using electric gadget to remove cuticle. Absolutely awful. I have ridges which now need to grow out and nail bed is thinner than the nail growing up. I should go for refund but don't want to go near the place.

This review is for my visit in January, but seeing more recent reviews has prompted me to write this one. The pedicure was brilliant, but the manicure was awful, the technician filed the nail plate before applying the polish. Clearly she didn't really know what she was doing as my nails were brittle and constantly breaking until the whole of the nail had grown out. Very disappointing, haven't and wouldn't go back.

This place used to be amazing but my last 3 visits have been awful. Nails are flakey and dont last. Sadly now having to look for somewhere else
