I'm not someone who write reviews but I feel this is needed. The first and last time I get my nails done here. I live in London and came back for a weekend to see my family in Waterlooville, while being down my mum treated to getting my nails done. After a couple of weeks my nails were in pain and they popped off leaving a mess underneath. I have been to a different beautificatist and pharmacist both saying the same thing, I have a fungus infection on 4 of my nails due to the the nails not being put on correctly. It can take up to 6 months to grow out if it doesn't infect the new nail coming through. I emailed nail elegance twice with no reply. On a weekend I was back in Waterlooville I went in to see the manager and Debbie told me she would reimburse me for the medication I've had to pay for but over a week later and still nothing like I had predicted.
