Made an appointment and was made to wait 45 minutes. Then had 3 different nail techinans and after another 45 minutes I decided to leave and to paint at home. So after 1hr and 30 minutes I had my infills done. Without nail varnish. Read Less

Just walked out and will never go back. I’ve been going to this salon on and off for a few months after moving to Atlanta. I love Vicki, but despise the salon. The gentleman who is there to manage the salon is unprofessional, unpleasant and distracted when talking to you. I always make an appointment with Vicki only since I travel weekly for work and maintain a tight schedule. Every time I come she’s behind and they don’t seem to care. Today, I called this morning to see if I could come early. He told me he would check with her and call me back which he never did. When I called back he told me to come at 1pm. When I arrived at 1pm he told me she was getting her hair done and was running late. After sitting for an hour, she still wasn’t there for my original appointment time so I left. The staff accept too many clients in one go. You end with three different nail technicians who make you wait while they start off the newest person off the street. They need to organise themselves better! Read Less

After having a few people recommending me this place I decided to check it out. Since it's at a very nice area I figured the service would be decent, but man was I wrong. I arrived and was greeted by the receptionist, she was okay, not the nicest. And a nail tech was also sitting upfront and she stared at me with a very unpleasant face which made me very uncomfortable. The receptionist took me to a station where my technician shortly came after, she was nice, I showed her wh...at I wanted, nothing too crazy, it was a basic pinkish polish with a gold line in the middle, my coworker had hers done somewhere else and it looked awesome so I decided to try too.... She took care of my cuticles in less than 2 minutes, did an awful job for that matter. Painted it super fast, didn't care to clean up the smudges, and when it was time to draw the lines she rushed even more, it was super half a**ed considering I paid $19 for a 10 minute manicure. The technicians were just okay. The person out front just looked at us when we came in an told me to sign in. I hadn't been there before so I had no idea what she wanted me to do because I had already told her what we wanted. The shop also felt not real clean. We both did however receive decent manicures and pedicures. There are too many salons around in East Cobb to return. The West Cobb facility is far superior. Read Less

Beautiful nail salon with great service! I celebrated my birthday there with some girlfriends and I was able to bring in my own treats (champagne and cupcakes). The nail techs did a nice job on all of us and everyone was super friendly. The staff even livened up our party some more by bringing out their karaoke mic so we could put on a show! I've been there a few times with my wife and every time, they do a bad job. Frankly, I think they can get away with doing a bad job because I'm a guy and won't notice it. There's too much competition out there to have deal with substandard work. Read Less
