Every time I get my nails done from this place they are done to my liking no rushing they take there time and it's always money well spent I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I'd really recommend this place to any women who is very fussy and wants a very well done job. Got nails done here one nail broke after a week, went back to get another nail they filed it to short and painted it a different colour to the rest of my nails when told them they said it's because it's a new nail ( which has never happened at another nail shop) so I got left with 1 different shape nail and a different colour!! they didn't know what they was doing I will never use them again! I had Shellac nail varnish applied which was very neat and lasted 2-3 weeks. However I feel they were over zealous with the electric tool which was used over the whole surface of my nails to create lots of scratches to help the varnish take. I have only had Shellac 5 times over the past few years, only ever for special occasions, and my nails have always coped well. This time they look awful as the surface has been damaged. They are breaking easily which has never happened with my usually very strong nails. Disappointing. For the sake of my nails, I won't be returning and will instead go somewhere that takes more care. Booked an appointment for 4pm yesterday when I arrived sat and waited and noticed that there was 2 people doing the treatments and two other men just sat lounging around no one made me feel comfortable they was talking to each other in there language the whole time I was there. When It was my turn for my treatment he asked me what I would like I asked for the glitter tips please they then no they have none they will have to order some in so I went with a full set of acrylics... then they carried on talking to each other. The man who done my treatment was very rough pulling my arms he burned me with the nail file quite a few times. When I said your hurting me he said what you say I said your hurting me he just carried in being just as rough if not more. When I left the nail salon I noticed not only had he burned me with file he had actual cut my skin. It's a shame It's a beautiful salon but the customer service was disgusting. Great service took a picture from something I saw online and they got it exactly how I wanted it been to a couple place around Southampton as new to the area so ain't sure what the salon are like here but I have now found a place where I will continue to go Read Less
