I used this salon for an eyebrow treatment a few weeks ago and the treatment I had was appalling....I am only writing this now as I have since spoken to and had treatments at others salons and wanted to see what their response was in regards of me taking my baby to a salon. People that use this salon will be aware that this is up a flight of stairs. I was unable to put my 6 month old in her pram and carry it up the stairs so I took her to my appointment. My daughter sat on my... lap whilst I had an eye treatment done, she was sat smiling and the occasional excited bounce, she was nothing but pleasant throughout my treatment. Not only did the therapist not acknowledge my daughter whatsoever even when she was smiling at her she asked me not to bring her to an appointment again as it was "off putting and other therapist wouldn't allow this", I said to her I would usually have her in a pram but I cannot get it up the stairs, so she asked me can't someone have her!!!! I could not believe what she was saying to me, it's as inconvenient for me as it is her to bring her but I have no childcare to look after my daughter and I found myself having to justify my childcare with a therapist!!!! As a new mum trying to just get through each day with a baby to be treated in this way I thought was disgusting, I have since been to another salon that is also up a flight of stairs who could not have been more accommodating for myself and baby and were shocked when I told them events of what had happened at this salon. I therefore would never ever use this salon again, the lady was extremely rude and I came away feeling very very upset. I have told all my friends and family to avoid this salon! See More Read Less
