AVOID! Appalling behaviour from the owner. Was bought a £50 gift card as a birthday gift and struggled to get an appointment to redeem so owner agreed a reimbursement...after nearly 4 months, 3 store ...
AVOID! Appalling behaviour from the owner. Was bought a £50 gift card as a birthday gift and struggled to get an appointment to redeem so owner agreed a reimbursement...after nearly 4 months, 3 store visits and promises by the owner to pay the amount owed this has not been resolved (the owner actually LIED and confirmed the payment had been made by BACS). APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY DISAPPOINTING. UNETHICAL BUSINESS who do not care about consumer rights.

Will never attend this place again! Young woman with black hair very rude condescending little madam. She did my daughter's nails, left her sitting there, pissed off with another client. Another staff...
Will never attend this place again! Young woman with black hair very rude condescending little madam. She did my daughter's nails, left her sitting there, pissed off with another client. Another staff member eventually came over to say my daughter's nails had dried and we could leave. I paid £15 for the shittiest service. I will tell all my friends not to go to Maddisons.

This morning I had a full set of acrylic nails done, absolutely over the moon. They are stunning, Alison did an amazing job, and all the staff are friendly...really relaxing atmosphere 5

I had Shellac nails and toes, and some gorgeous 3D lashes to get me ready for holiday. Very very happy with the results. Fantastic, friendly staff and top quality service. Thank you ladies x

The staff made me feel so relaxed and they are extremely professional and efficient. Lovely layout and treatment was superb Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes that 5 star service!

Had my acrylic nails done here and my eyebrows threaded. Amazing place. Great service, staff and atmosphere! Would defiantly come back and recommend!

Very unhappy. My shellac was not applied to the edges of my nails which caused multiple lifts after only 9 days. The therapist had an attitude and I definitely will be not returning.

Not good experience untrained staff member had no idea how to apply shellec on toes another staff member had to intervene. Very poor considering how much charged it used to be lovely there, but hardl...

Very poor considering how much charged it used to be lovely there, but hardly any of the same staff ! My daughter also had same experience with same girl I thought I would give a try but bitterly disappointed .

Absolutely love this place :) Lucy is always friendly & helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble! Look forward to seeing you all at the end of October for my treat before my cruise :) xx

Really lovely salon. All the girls are very friendly and professional, my lashes always look great and they recently took my acrylics off for me and changed it for shellac. Nails are short but feeling...
Really lovely salon. All the girls are very friendly and professional, my lashes always look great and they recently took my acrylics off for me and changed it for shellac. Nails are short but feeling healthier already and the girls were very reassuring. Especially loved the rose gold glitter! Recommend this salon to all my friends :)
