Asked for my nails to be long and the woman slapped my hand fairly hard and said “too long”. Made me feel uncomfortable and they made my nails bleed.

I have visted this place on a number of occasions which 90% of the time i have been happy with the out come however i hate how the staff pass you from one person to another half way through your set o...
I have visted this place on a number of occasions which 90% of the time i have been happy with the out come however i hate how the staff pass you from one person to another half way through your set of nails often having to wait 5-10 mins for the next person to finish them for you and also without a seat. next is the reason why im writing this, i had a brand new set of nails done 3 days later 4 had snapped and rest all chipped shallac polish. So i phoned the store to ask if they could fix them, at first i was told yes but every day/time i said i was available they apparently wasnt as they was busy, even though 90% of the customers here are walk ins with no appointment and when you do make a appointment there never on time anyway. So anyway they resused to fix them for when i could come in and ended up hanging up the phone on me! Very unprofessional! My nails are now damaged broken and look awful after just 3 days and payed £25 for nothing. NEVER GO HERE!

Kim even gave me a little lip gloss and a card for Christmas! She always does an amazing job with my nails. I highly recommend.

The worst nails I've ever had! Wish I never paid for them. Refused to pay for the shellac as it was awful, (lumpy) the girl didn't even know how to paint a nail! I've got home & the acrylic is so thin...

Done mine and my sisters nails really well (I hope) but you don't see one person you are constantly moving from one person to another, very impatient and times where I wanted to leave!!!!!! They need to sort out how they can handle a busy day, maybe start to take bookings ect
Seems like it's not planned out very well........

I do not recomend this shop my daughter came into the shop last week for a set of acrylic nails and one of the nails have broken and left her with half of the real nail falling of on the second day and two of her nails have chipped on her fourth day wearing them, not impressed and its left one of her fingers swolen and bleading.

Man done my nails he made my thumb bleed there all diffrent lenghts i had them done at 11.00 clock today and all my finger and my nails underneth hurt like mad wont be going there ever again

Cheeper then the ones in town and way quicker takes maybe 30minets for infils including drying time huge range of coulers my nails always look lovely

Wanted squared shaped nails. They look awful a man did then and he didn't know what he was doing they are too thick and they are too fat and they DO NOT look like I wanted them too !
