Awful. I had a cut and blow dry and my hair was literally hacked. And so uneven. I was devastated and was refused a refund. I then had to pay to get it fixed else where. And they did a fabulous job at...
Awful. I had a cut and blow dry and my hair was literally hacked. And so uneven. I was devastated and was refused a refund. I then had to pay to get it fixed else where. And they did a fabulous job at nearly half the price. If I could put a picture up of the before and after I would. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They listen to what I want and I always get great results.
My hairdresser always strives to get the best results possible. Especially when it comes to colouring my hair.
The nail technician is brilliant and does amazing designs!
