Bad service so far. Had my lashes lifted and tinted and it didn’t work. They weren’t lifted at all. So when I went in to explain this, I got a very defensive response back from the person at the desk. Eventually she said she would get the owner to call me straight away. I got my nails done today, in West quay, yeah it good service got seen to straight away, I only went here as the lady that normally does my nails is on holiday, so I chose the colour and the lady started, the lady that did my nails didn’t say a word to me, and just made me feel really uncomfortable and then told me shellac nails cost £27.50!!!! I literally had a glitter shellac colour! I can’t actually believe how much they cost! If you wnat to spend nearly £30 on your nails then that’s fine but I didn’t, before I looked on the board and it said they would cost £15 which is a good price! Awful customer service and incorrect treatment. We booked for a treatment which we didn't receive and charged full price for this. When we asked to speak to the manager about this they took a phone number and email but didn't contact us. We sent an email regarding our disappointment in the service and asked for an explanation, again this email was ignored. Finally when I phoned multiple times the manager responded by taking no acknowledgement of their errors and gave incorrect information of the 'reimbursement' they had made (which they hadn't as we'd already been charged for a treatment we didn't receive). This was the most expensive manicure I have ever had but also the worse. My cuticles were left ragged as when I arrived. I asked for them to be re done and she did again a very poor job. My paintwork was faulty. I raised it and she did a very poor patchwork. I was rushed off the shop and my nails did not have enough time to set. I guarantee I am never coming here again nor would I recommend it. The tools were dirty- I could see other peoples skin left on the clippers before she even started on mine. Read Less

I love this place. I have my nails and threading done here and sometimes treat myself to a massage. I never have any reason to complain, the girls are all very well trained in their treatments. The staff are always really friendly and enthusiastic and I particularly like their reward scheme which gives me discounts off treatments when I accumulate enough points. Highly recommend them.
