Coming here was the worst decision I could have ever made I had my nails done here for my prom on the 25th of June and by four o'clock, three hours later the top coat had turned yellow I had an image I had showed them that they half heartedly tried to recreate I was absolutely gutted when I left the shop knowing all of my friends would have looked amazing I was completely unhappy and had no time to change them before my hair appointment, I spent my whole prom night hiding them I was humiliated and cried when I showed my hairdresser them and to top it all off they had all fallen off after six days this ruined my prom night I will never forget what a hideous job they did I would never go back Read Less

always go here for my eyebrows... the best in southampton! have also had many of the other treatments inc hot stone massage, contour body wrap and Indian head massage and highly recommend. am very ticklish and moat salons can't accommodate but here can. booked in for my next pamper for next week. can't praise hayley and marie enough.
