Came for a full set of acrylic nails, got seen straight away as it was quiet. He asked me how long I wanted my nails, didn’t wait for me to reply and cut them anyway mumbling ‘about here yes’. He burnt my skin with the electric file and didn’t apologise when I flinched, this caused a piece of skin to hang from my cuticle which he pulled off with dirty tweezers. I wanted matte top coat but was told it will turn shiny after a day or two anyway. He stopped doing my nails to serv...e another customer, which was fine but when he came back he stepped on my shopping next to my chair! I had been to hotel chocolate and they were all squished and ruined, I got no apology just an ‘ooppss’. After painting I was told to move to the dryers so I left my coat, handbag and shopping as I had wet nails. He proceeded to bring me my stuff, after me telling him ‘it’s fine can you leave it there please’ as I didn’t want him to break anything else. Low and behold he picks up my coat and my phone falls out landing screen down on the floor!! No apologies or oops this time, he just silently gave it to me without even asking is the screen ok?? So broken expensive chocolates and cracked phone. The nails themselves are far too short, sharp even though I pointed this out to him twice, are wonky and stick up weirdly at the ends. They responed very quickly and fitted me in the same day and then they dilivered what i wanted such fantastic work and did not take long to do either. Will deffo be coming back thank you very much. I came here to get a full set. I looked on their price board to see how much this was and it said £25 which I was happy with. I took £30 out the cash point just to be sure it wouldn't be any more..When my nails were finished the lady said that's £18 please. I thought that's odd but I still gave her £25 and didn't say anything as I had a full set and at that point I was happy with the service. I noticed she gave me £3 back again I was confused as a full set is £25 so no idea w...hy she gave me £3 back so I thought maybe it's because I was a new customer or they had a new deal on. When my nails were drying she came over to me in front of other people and said sorry you owe money as you've only paid £15 and a full set is £25. Myself and the girl sat next to me who saw me give her the £25 both said to her no I paid £25 not £15. She demanded I paid another £10 which would have meant I paid £35 for a normal full set with normal polish I said that's too much. Without being rude she wasn't able to add money up and because of her having difficulties with maths she tried to embarrass me. The guy who works there is lovely and said not to worry. I've seen her do this to someone else as she struggles with adding up. I think it's because the cash point gave me one £10 and the rest £5 notes so altogether I gave her one £10 and 3 lots of £5 and the lady thought this added up £15. I was made to feel embarrassed even though it was an error her end and there was no apology. She was using her fingers to add up what I gave her when she had to check the till. I will not be going back as I certainly don't want to be charged £35 for a normal full set. You would expect someone with difficulties would have a calculator or something so they don't over charge customers. If you do go here please check you get the correct money back as over charging someone by £10 is a lot. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Really disappointed how awful the service was, the place was dead and still rushing and treating my nails like it was nothing, stingy on the amount of acrylic used, cheap service people eating while working, not to mention the price for "shellac" when in fact it's Gelish they use not actually CND Shellac, absolutely rip off nails look awful ended up leaving with no colour and took forever to do them and still not done them properly. Considering I'm a complete novice and this was my first time EVER to try out acrylic nails, I was not told of what to expect nor was I actually informed of the process, what I could have or what looks could be achieved with having false nails. I've gave 2 stars, a star for each for the 2 members of staff who were NOT rude to me. I would've preferred to not give any stars! The nails were square, oversided and made my hands look hideous, I felt like I had claws, they didn't look like fingernails at all. I spent £25 and removed them 2 days later after searching Google to find a way to remove them without having to pay out more money. My finger nails are ruined, I'm getting married in 8 weeks and praying my nails will grow back in time. Read Less

Wasn't pleased at all with the service I received! Very rushed and rough with my hands to the point of making me bleed. Was not comfortable in the slightest and just felt like not much are was taken, especially when I got cut by the hand drill on one of my knuckles, not very professional at all! During this experience, a previous customer had returned to complain about the quality and the standard of the service which made it quite obvious I was not the only customer with bad service! I also found it very rude when a few members of staff started speaking in a different language to each other which made me feel quite unwelcome. I will not be using this business again as I know I can get great service elsewhere with the same price. Read Less
