The lady filed my virgin nails so hard before applying acrylics, that she caused internal bleeding in my thumb nail. The shop is too small, they rush and make mistakes.

Staff did a good job on my nails, very happy with the result. Customer service wasn't rude, but wasn't exactly helpful either. It was my first time having my nails done in years, I don't know the system of what to do, where to put your hands, how long to stay in the dryer etc and the woman who was serving me expected me to just know. Which resulted in me sitting around looking like a lemon alot of the time and holding other customers up.
End result, happy with how my nails turned out, worth the price you pay for them upfront. Customer service could use some work though.

I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed!! I asked for a very thin layer of acrylic and shellac and they were done to absolute perfection. I had been yet to find a good nail technician...
I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed!! I asked for a very thin layer of acrylic and shellac and they were done to absolute perfection. I had been yet to find a good nail technician in Portsmouth or southsea but these guys are by far the best! I will be returning and recommending!!

Came yesterday with my bestfriend to get nails done this being a new thing for me and something she had not done in over a year we were greeted pleasantly we showed our pictures of the results we want...
Came yesterday with my bestfriend to get nails done this being a new thing for me and something she had not done in over a year we were greeted pleasantly we showed our pictures of the results we wanted and a few changes only to later in the middle of our process be told they couldn't do it After they said they could, the staff were rude and abrupt and didn't even apologise they said they were offering advice when they said our ideas were ugly. Won't be returning again

Totally charming staff. Cindy & Tan run a very busy nail bar but never forget how important the client is. They remember clients names and details such as family names etc. They are always cheerful and full of fun. You become a friend/family member and are always made to feel welcome with nothing being too much trouble. On top of all this, they provide a first class service for hands, nails & feet. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff did a good job on my nails, very happy with the result. Customer service wasn't rude, but wasn't exactly helpful either. Totally charming staff. Cindy & Tan run a very busy nail bar but never forget how important the client is. They remember clients names and details such as family names etc. They are always cheerful and full of fun. You become a friend/family member and are always made to feel welcome with nothing being too much trouble. On top of all this, they provide a first class service for hands, nails & feet. Thoroughly recommended.
