Terrible. Worst nail place I've been to. I call before I went to check they did walk ins and they said yes I didn't need to book. Got there and had to wait 30mins before the next person was free, but then 3 people came in together and all got sat before me. My acrylics have only been off a few weeks so I said my nails we still delicate but he filed them down with an electric drill anyway. I showed him a picture of the nail art I wanted and he just laughed and said it wasn't possible and what he actually painted a child could have done a better job. There is varnish all around the skin and it is all bubbly underneath. I told him and he said that is what happens when you paint onto natural nails. I've wasted 2 hours of my life just to go home and take the paint straight off again and have my nails in a worse condition than when I started. Read Less

Very disappointing. My wife went in for both hand and feet nails. She felt the shop was too busy that put the staff under pressure which in turn made them become rude. Her hands were started and when she was asked to choose her feet colours the member of staff then proceeded to start a new customer which had come into the shop after my wife and finish her whilst my wife waited which is very unprofessional. Also the standard of painting was poor and every finger had paint on the skin not just the nails. The feet colours also looked like my 10year old had painted them.
