Visited this salon between Xmas and new year and the service I received was terrible. I've been having salon coloured hair for 25 years and this is the first time I have not paid fully and felt the need to complain.I asked for a balayage  (very on trend style) style hair colour, on my already blonde hair, with roots, so technically it needed a good root blend and some free hand hair painted highlights taken up. What I got was my hair folded in to foils and the rest dyed a hideous dark brown colour far darker than requested. Once my hair was dry it had big lines in it where blonde stopped and brown started, and then big patches of blobby blonde. I have to say it was horrendous, and how I felt when I complained was worse, they ref fly told me I could curl my hair or wear it up to look better and that she spent a lot of time doing it and I really should be grateful.I left after only paying for the cut, and I feel like I shouldn't even of paid that as I had to go and have it corrected at another salon. I've not had any communication from the salon at all, I think it's disgusting that they can run a business like that. Read Less
