Generally a good service. Have had to guide a little when trainee is doing my nails but no dramas and always willing to provide a good service. I've remained a loyal customer for several years because the service is good value for money.

I have been a regular customer at THI NAILS for many years and after today's experience I WILL NEVER go back!! My nails were done by a young inexperienced girl no older then 16. I asked for a soak off...
I have been a regular customer at THI NAILS for many years and after today's experience I WILL NEVER go back!! My nails were done by a young inexperienced girl no older then 16. I asked for a soak off and new set... instead of soaking off the acrylics the girl used a sharp tool to litterely RIP the acrylics from my finger nails and then the salon had the audacity to charge me £10 for this painful experience!! The finished new set were of a very poor quality wonky and all different lengths. Awefull! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The worst service ever, charged 25pounds for Pedicure which was really not worth the money.
I would never ever recommend anyone, very disappointed.
