Their nails aren't bad - hit and miss at best - but they're just so rude. Hate to say it but the woman I had didn't listen to what I wanted, repeatedly criticised my existing nails (which were fine) and they charged me £13 just for a polish change. I'd gone in the day before at 4:45 (bearing in mind their Facebook says they shut at 6) and the man working there said they were 'closed'. When I brought up the Facebook working hours he just said they 'felt like closing a bit early sorry'. I don't ask for much from my nail place but their rudeness is too much. Never again went there today straight from wrk very hot day hat walked from bury rd to high street in 22 degrees of heat, on arrival I was greater by a man said I wated an eyebrow wax he just told me to sit on a sofa no hello please wait here nothing, then a lady came over and said to me she can smell alcohol I said I didn't know what she was talking about then asked me why I was so red faced bear in mind I'd just walked from wrk in the heat still In my uniform which is from a care home, took me over to a chair still asking me have I been drinking why am I so red all the while doing my eyebrows other clients could hear the conversation, I was mortified other ppl having treatment also looked akward, never again please do give there's ppl your money there rude and don't deserve it Read Less

I made an appointment, although did not need to as they had no customers and my shellac was peeling in just 4 days, so I returned again to an empty shop and politely asked the technician to redo the nail and she flatly refused as she does not guarantee her work! She was extremely rude, shouting at me as I left after I politely told her I would not return. Also they ONLY accept cash, SO BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. Read Less
