Poor customer service at times. Very poor at times. Am still sitting here at 6pm for an appointment made this week for 5. Not a walk in! They seem to get priority :(

Kept getting told 5 more mins.... a phone call or text to say running late would have lessened the blow or at least a discount. My time is equally important! Grrrr

Great new look salon, very fresh and modern
Always made to feel welcome and offered a drink on my arrival and my nails are always PERFECT lasting up to and over 3 weeks!!! 5 🌟 rating all round

Lovely staff more than willing to help, quick but good quality and price, and the salon looks lovely after the refurb. Couldn't recommend it more ☺

Visited with my daughter a few weeks ago, both of us disappointed with our nails, daughters were completely different lengths on each hand and the wrong shape. Mine were misshapen, square on one side ...
Visited with my daughter a few weeks ago, both of us disappointed with our nails, daughters were completely different lengths on each hand and the wrong shape. Mine were misshapen, square on one side of each nail and rounded on other side! Also over charged from what we were initially quoted when we explained what we wanted! Very disappointing!

Friendly don't need to book but nails inferior quality I've broken more since attending here in 6 months than in 6 years in London. Workstations are tatty cracked leather etc, not much choice of nail...
Friendly don't need to book but nails inferior quality I've broken more since attending here in 6 months than in 6 years in London. Workstations are tatty cracked leather etc, not much choice of nail art especially stone based being. They do an OK job but I'm still looking for a 100% go to always salon as this isn't it

Workstations are tatty cracked leather etc, not much choice of nail art especially stone based being. They do an OK job but I'm still looking for a 100% go to always salon as this isn't it
