This is by far the best Nail spa I have been to since moving to California Nails & Hair. They also always offer drinks which is nice. Looking through the coupon book while waiting for my pizza, I found California Nails ad for dip nails. Never heard about dip nails before, read all the information in the ad and researched it online. After all my searches, this was the only salon that offered this service in the area. Made my appointment and have not regretted getting dip nails. Walking into the salon, absolutely NO odors, very clean and I just can't say enough about the owner! She is absolutely wonderful, knows her products, very talented, treats each customer as she was working on her best friend.. Love the mood changing dip color nails, now a customer for good. Really good service! Had old shellac removed and new shellac applied. Brilliant service from staff, no waiting time. The lady cut down my cuticles, added an extra coat of red shellac and a quick massage with hand lotion, all for £20!Read Less

I agree with previous comment(Minou Robinson) I visited this place for the first time and found everybody very rude, not welcoming and bad customer service. I used to live in Windsor and always got acrylics done from a nail salon there, it would always last between 3.5-4weeks. Tried this place for the first time as we moved to Farnborough recently. First of all they double book appointments, inspite of pre booking my appointment I had to wait for more than 30 mins, there dint care to apologies for that. Extremely unhygienic place, they don't sanitizer the equipments, they even used their own nails to push back the cuticles. None of their products were sanitized, they buffed, cut nails of previous client and used the same equipment on me. They dint care to let my nails dry properly and were in a hurry as they had next client. In next 4 days(I'm not exaggerating) my nails started to chip away. So I went back to show it to them, this lady was again so rude, was not apologetic and says she will fix it this time and next time I have to pay and when I asked how long it would last she dint have any answer. Basically fixed my nails and again that lasted for a week..!! I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.!!! I DEFINETLY WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! Read Less

Doesn't even deserve a star! To put it simply Rude staff! Terrible job done on my nails and tried to overpriced me! They might have regulars but if it's your 1st time visit do not go to this so called salon as they don't care and doesn't even know what is customer service!
