Staff were almost 25 minutes late for my pre-booked appointment. Sadly, staff members were rude, unwelcoming and made me feel like I was more of a hindrance to them as opposed to a paying customer receiving a service from the salon. Whilst waiting for my appointment to begin (now 20 mins late), when I got up to look at the Shellac colours, I was swiftly escorted back to my seat (right next to the colours) by who I assume was the manager (male), who put his arm round me and shoved me back to my seat. Not entirely sure what the problem was me looking at the different colours ahead of my appointment, but I was made to feel like a total inconvenience. Dirty floor, dirty equipment, dirty environment. Not greeted on arrival, personal use of mobile phones whilst sitting with clients. Ladies that had booked waited a long time as they take walk ins regardless of clients having bookings. Not good Read Less

second time in there and wont be back got them done first by a young lad who couldnt file my nails all the same level, to then paint them and not fill the whole nail, for someone else to come and finish what he did wrong then the paint was chipping off the very next day!! they booked me back in for the day after. i got a frosty reception from them to then be told dont come next time till 10am because its better for them even though they were sitting on phones doing nothing. he then stopped doing my nails and answered his phone infront of me... & they still only lasted a week and a half max and never got my ring finger glittered!!! so no i dont recommend Read Less

Went in for removal of acrylics. When I walked in, nobody greeted me I was just stared at. The person who did my nails did not say one word to me while i was in there but chatted away to other members of staff in another language. He simply pointed at one of the chairs and pointed where he wanted me to put my hand etc. He also had long dirty fingernails himself and picked at my nails with his. Caught my cuticle with the electric file & didnt apologise. My nails actually hurt now and look absolutely awful. Read Less

Terrible, had my mum book an appointment for some eyelash extensions that I usually have done in a place in Southampton but because of the weather I thought would have them done here. Arrived for my appointment and not only had it been placed on the system in-correctly (so they didn't know what I was having done) they then told me I had to have a patch test done!! So I want able to have them today!! Ok i get it ... it is for percaussiin purposes! But..... someone should had said to my mum when she booked it! Otherwise I would had carried on to my usual place in Southampton (would have been late but at least I wouldn't have had this inconvienience!). Not a great first experience. Read Less

Brilliant nails. Only negative is I make an appointment so I dont have to wait around and still often end up waiting 20-30minutes, which I don't expect to do when I have specifically made an appointment. Read Less

The person that did my nails was rude and ruined my nails I asked for red on 4 of my fingers and silver on my ring fingers but he did only one ring finger silver and he also gave me a friction burn on my thumb and it's throbbing Read Less

It was my first visit and I don't think I will return...on my thumb nail I noticed wen home that the bottom corner off nail was no gel...All staff were talking across shop in own language (very rude) the beauticians were polite and welcoming Read Less
