Jenny hits the nail on the head every time! I won't go anywhere else! Not just perfect nails but excellent customer service, I'm always so comfortable and we always have good conversations. the employees where not very friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. me and my friends were not happy with how long it took as there was 5 of us and 2 nail people it took us overall 3 hours to g...
the employees where not very friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. me and my friends were not happy with how long it took as there was 5 of us and 2 nail people it took us overall 3 hours to get them done. My nails have got bubbles in them and have got chipped as you can probably tell I will never be going back there again!

I am so fussy about my eyebrows and tried several new beauticians since my regular one became impossible to get an appointment with. Popped into Creative to ask about appointments, the lady saw me straight away! She was really friendly and did my eyebrows perfectly first time without me saying anything! Will stick with Creative from now on, they are professional and highly skilled.
