Very rude to me! I had eyebrow threading and tinting and I came out looking dreadful. eyebrows weren’t even shaped and the tint all over my skin. I asked nicely from them to be cleaned up and They said no. Would not recommend!

First of all I was hoping their would be an option for unrateable because they don't even deserve 1 star. When I booked my eyelash appointment I wasnt served straight away 3 girls where sat down and I got spoken to after a lady finished treading eyebrow. When got spoken to I had to have a patch test which was very messy all down my neck and I had to go back to work. I also asked to see a picture lady got her phone out and showed me a screen shoot picture of some amazing lashes. What I saw and what I got was a complete different story I got eyelash extensions on my skin, which where plastic like stiff and straight not curled lashes I was going on holiday the next day I had to take them out and pulled them off my skin I am apaulled by the service, over priced avoid like the paluqe no wonder the shops always empty. Disgusted

I had my nails done at Fareham bhavi beauty and they were terrible. One snapped off the next day. The lady cut nearly all of my figures with the nail file because she didn't like using the hand piece...
I had my nails done at Fareham bhavi beauty and they were terrible. One snapped off the next day. The lady cut nearly all of my figures with the nail file because she didn't like using the hand piece! She then put acetone on my cuts which was very very painful. The acrylic was not smooth and flat. It was bumpy. And as I was on my hour lunch break she was doing infills I was told it would take 30 - 40 minutes. She didn't have time to paint my nails and still charged me £20! And also spent the whole time slagging off her colleagues to me. Would never recommend in a million years!

Worst ever salon experience for shortest time ever spent in a salon. Booked 2 services eyelash infills and eyebrow threading, booked a week prior through treatwell. Arrived at salon that was empty and two girls just sat on chairs looked bored and were talking to each other. I advised what I was here for and immediately got told my eyelashes couldn't be done as I hadn't done the patch test, I explained I had done the patch test at other salon but she said no and was aggressive and rude and told me I hadn't even booked the correct service. I had booked correct services and confirmed this with my treatwell email, but she was just rude and aggressive, I asked why I had not been contacted and she simply shrugged and said I wasn't in yesterday, I asked about rest of staff but she made no comment. As you can imagine this was not what I wanted so I left the salon Immediately and will never return, avoid like the plague, also the 5 star review from Edita is fake as she works in the salon and is who I was booked in with and I suspect the person that was extremely rude to me. The other 'good' review is from the salon manager, says it all really. They should close. Terrrible, terrible, terrible.

Absolutely awful! Worse Eyebrow threading and tinting I've ever had, wrong shape, colour and so messy! Very rude staff and did not make any conversation, will definitely not be returning.

I went to Nailz Inc outside the precinct and they tried to help me sort out the horrendous mess Bhavi beauty made of my nails.

First of all I was hoping their would be an option for unrateable because they don't even deserve 1 star. When I booked my eyelash appointment I wasnt served straight away 3 girls where sat down and I got spoken to after a lady finished treading eyebrow. I had my nails done at Fareham bhavi beauty and they were terrible. One snapped off the next day. The lady cut nearly all of my figures with the nail file because she didn't like using the hand piece! She then put acetone on my cuts which was very very painful. Worst ever salon experience for shortest time ever spent in a salon. Booked 2 services eyelash infills and eyebrow threading, booked a week prior through treatwell. Arrived at salon that was empty and two girls just sat on chairs looked bored and were talking to each other. I advised what I was here for and immediately got told my eyelashes couldn't be done as I hadn't done the patch test, I explained I had done the patch test at other salon but she said no and was aggressive and rude and told me I hadn't even booked the correct service.
