Went here for the first time today and very happy with the service, very professional, helped me choose the nail colour, it was a short notice appointment and I was given good advice for maintaining the health of my nail - booked in again for the end of the month. (I had gel nails)

Always feel my experience in here is rushed! I have acylics put on and less than 2 weeks later they lift and come off. Polish is normally patchy and whilst I am being done there is always somebody els...
Always feel my experience in here is rushed! I have acylics put on and less than 2 weeks later they lift and come off. Polish is normally patchy and whilst I am being done there is always somebody else waiting hence the rush. A full set of acrylics and a shellac polish in 3/4 of an hour. I only go there because there is nobody else local who do acrylics. I am going to venture into Southampton from now on as I am unhappy with the service. £35.00 a time!
