This was my first time using this salon. Also my last! I asked for almond shape nails but got one almond and the rest rounded. The acrylic was no where near the bottom of my nail bed so it instantly looked like I needed infills. The staff ignored me competely, speaking over me to each other until demanding payment half way through the set. There was also a staff members child screeching throughout the entire appointment. Awful experience .I arrived to find that they hadn’t booked my appointment.They then told me to choose a colour from a selection of nail varnishes on the wall which was very hard to view as it was right in front of people having their nails done! The staff were rude and didn’t even bother to check if my nails were dry before I left so I just walked out and nobody said anything ! Staff are mostly Chinese and talk to one another in their own language so no conversation or questions are possible ! Would def NOT recommit!!! who were gVing their nails done ! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I WAS KICKED OUT! A friend and I were going to get our nails done (friend that visits on a regular basis). After choosing a colour we were then told they didn’t have it, and the only ones available were the ones circled, this then became a very small selection. My friend chose a colour and they didn’t have it in, I asked if they could get the similar shades out to choose from. The woman was very rude about it. Later on my friend decided she wanted to try the glitter on her nail, to which the woman responded ‘you want me to waste this for you to just try’ HOW RUDE, we are paying customers!!!! I then told my friend this is why I do not contact here, poor selection and extremely rude, unhelpful staff. I was then told to not come here again and then shortly after told to leave the salon because she was ‘angry’ at me for stating my opinion and honesty. Throughout the time I was there, all the staff were clearly getting annoyed and talking to one another in their language as my 9 month old was making a bit of noise. I went in for a pedicure and when I asked the lady to go over the bottom of my feet she wasn't happy but she kindly did. Communication was an issue and she was trying to explain something to me but I didn't understand. I bought over the other girl whose English was better and she was incredibly rude, without properly listening to me she basically told me I should go to my normal salon if I wasn't happy here. I would never go back and I would never recommend this nail salon to friends and family. Shame as it is a 2 min walk from my house but it is not worth the poor service. Read Less
