Been in there twice now and the nails have only lasted a week and then they come off or lift. Filed my natural nail so much it burnt and my real nails are tender and thin!! It's not done properly and is never what I ask for and when you ask different they are rude. Waste of money for someone that doesn't last and not getting what you pay for!! La nails 100% better. They last me atleast a month before infills. Although they need doing la nails last a lot longer without lifting. Amazing job and great finish! They cut my finger when doing infills. Admittedly by accident. However it still happened. I also told the person doing my nails that I did not want any length taken off. He cut them down. I had to get them all cut down to match. After leaving and being told the nail varnish was dry, it has smudged in a couple of places. My friend was having a shellac on natural nails and the lady forgot to file the excess nail that hangs off the side of the nail after reshaping. She then painted it before my friend realised. After pointing out the problem she was told; "Do you do nails? Well then stay home and do them yourself next time. Don't come here." This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Luckily Tony was lovely and fixed the problem and filed the nail edges after the shellac was done. Whilst we were dealing with our issues a lady returned who had just had a pedicure. She was also told it was dry. But on both feet the nail polish had smudged and almost completely come off. Read Less

I am very disappointed in the service I have received I prepaid for sessions of IPL and had my sessions cancelled due to staff sickness numerous times then was never contacted to rearrange. Now I am being ignored do not pay in advance for anything here. Read Less
