I got my prom nails done here and the service was amazing!! The person who did my nails was both talented and friendly as I came out with amazing (and even five star) nails. I would highly recommend.

Five Star Nails? More like One Star Nails!! Absolutely appalling service. Went in around Christmas time and my nails were rushed by the man that worked there but gave benefit of the doubt as they were busy. Went back and woman (I think she owns the salon) did my nails and they were lovely and she was lovely. Went back for a third time and it was the man that did them again. I showed him a picture of rose gold chrome nails and he said 'yeah yeah' and did my nails (I have never had chrome before so didn't know process) once they were 'finished' i was shocked with the result. Not at all what I asked for!! More like pink and glittery. I questioned him but he shrugged me off. Low and behold these same nails chipped within a day. I went back so they could be sorted. He took the gels off but refused to give me a refund and refused to redo them without charging me again!!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service!! The man that works is rubbish at his job and rubbish at utilising basic customer service skills. If you do go make sure a woman does your nails but never will I ever go back!!!!!

Absolutely awful. Been in 3 times. First time nails were rushed but gave the benefit of the doubt and went again. Second time my nails were actually lovely done by one of the ladies (first time done by the man) went in again for a third time and the man did them again. Awful again they chipped within a day. Went back in hoping to either have them taken off and redone or have a refund (very reasonable I think) he took them off but refused to give me a refund and said he would charge to do them again.. appalling customer service! Will never go back and would NOT recommend.

Yes a good nail place but it is not good customer behaviour to sit on their phone and talk away in vietnamese for lengthy conversations and ignoring the customer.

Excellent hardly any waiting time and they did not rush my acrylic full set and have stayed on for 3 and 1/2 weeks.

They really don't know what they are doing. I went to remove my SNS nail polish and told them AGAIN and AGAIN to remove only using acetone and to wipe off with paper towel. Yet he still insisted to fi...
They really don't know what they are doing. I went to remove my SNS nail polish and told them AGAIN and AGAIN to remove only using acetone and to wipe off with paper towel. Yet he still insisted to file my nail down using the motorised nail file in different courseness despite me asking him not to and even pulling my hands away!
This has left my nails sensitive and damaged. I can see a texture on my nails left behind by the filing which needn't have happened if he actually LISTENED to me in the first place. I stated I did not want any filing but apparently it could only be done this way. Well take a look at the official SNS website.
I am never going back to this salon. Ever.
And lastly, I wish they would speak clearly and properly instead of behind these masks in broken English. CONFUSED!

They really don't know what they are doing. I went to remove my SNS nail polish and told them AGAIN and AGAIN to remove only using acetone and to wipe off with paper towel.
