I did acrylic nails and pedicure at USA nails a couple of weeks ago. The lady who did the pedicure shaved a piece of flesh off my foot. It was hurting for a week. I don't even want to start about the nails. The nails looked awfull. Nothing like human nails. They were three layers thicker than any normal acrylic nails. It hurted like hell for the first four days. My dexterity was impaired. I spent a good £60 to do all these.
After two weeks, today, I went to the nearby place called Nail Master Basingtoke. Spend another £28 to thin down my ugly nails and a refill. The poor guy had to spend an hour and a quarter doing this activity but the end result is very good.
Most of the staffs at USA Nails cannot speak English. I didn't find them very friendly either. I read some of the previous reviews and went there. It's not quite true. Truly dissatisfied and never going back there again.

Nice nails but too busy to nicer designs like marble or embellishments. They are quite rough with your nails so they ache the day after. One lady sculpted my nails and another painted them. The lady who painted them accidentally cut me with her own nail trying to scrape some gel off my cuticle instead of using a brush dipped in acetone. Sat here with a painful finger with savlon and plaster to try to clear the infection. Not cute.

Normally really impressed but the man who did my nails today firstly glued his finger to mine and has left me with lots of cuts around my nails.. also wasn't the friendliest of people.

Horrible place. I used to be their regular customer until they infected me with a fungal infection on one of my nails!! They dont sterlize their equipment which should be done after each customer! Imagine that a person before you had some sort of illness which transfers through blood and now answer the question of how many times did they file your skin around the nail just a little too much. Not too hard to get infected with anything when equipment is dirty! i will warn everyone I can and tell them to avoid this place if they dont want to pay for being infected!

Went in to get acrylic nails taken off. It became obvious very quickly that they didn't know what they were doing. A lot of muttering between them in Chinese (very rude when they all could speak English). They made a hole in the first nail they attacked - at which point I walked out.

I find this the best place to have nails done. Always been a very good service and amazes me how good there artwork painted on nails by hand.

I did acrylic nails and pedicure at USA nails a couple of weeks ago. The lady who did the pedicure shaved a piece of flesh off my foot. It was hurting for a week. I don't even want to start about the nails. The nails looked awfull. Nothing like human nails. They were three layers thicker than any normal acrylic nails. Nice nails but too busy to nicer designs like marble or embellishments. They are quite rough with your nails so they ache the day after. One lady sculpted my nails and another painted them. The lady who painted them accidentally cut me with her own nail trying to scrape some gel off my cuticle instead of using a brush dipped in acetone. Sat here with a painful finger with savlon and plaster to try to clear the infection. Not cute.

Imagine that a person before you had some sort of illness which transfers through blood and now answer the question of how many times did they file your skin around the nail just a little too much. Not too hard to get infected with anything when equipment is dirty! i will warn everyone I can and tell them to avoid this place if they dont want to pay for being infected!

Went in to get acrylic nails taken off. It became obvious very quickly that they didn't know what they were doing. A lot of muttering between them in Chinese (very rude when they all could speak English). They made a hole in the first nail they attacked - at which point I walked out.
