I've been going there now for 12 months, I've never felt so relaxed as I do at Truly Scrumptious from the moment I walk thro the door.. I've been to a couple of beauty therapists, but never have I been treated like a really important customer than I am at T/S.. My therapist is Katie, WoW what can I say about Katie.. She has this warm friendly smile that instantly makes you feel at ease, she has a great personality, she's respectful, helpful, I can go and have my personal ther...apy done like a friend is doing it, we chat away with ease & no awkwardness like other places I've been.. I'm not your typical size 8 lady, I'm on the larger size, however Katie makes me feel so comfortable that I'm no longer embarrassed about having personal treatment.. As time gone by I now have a laugh with my therapist.. She's also so helpful with aftercare treatment whether your buying aftercare products or you just want advice.. I highly recommend this welcoming, warm, friendly establishment, all the staff there have always been friendly & warm.. They also make a lovely coffee while your waiting .. Speaking to size 16+ ladies give this professional establishment a try, you'll be highly pleased with the welcoming you receive .. But for me Katie is the best therapist I've ever had.. I haven't been going here long, however I already want to write a review, firstly, Bernie is lovely! easy to talk to, explains things very well, puts you at ease, very good at her job, and very nice. By far, the best customer service person I have ever had. And I have been to alot of salons! including beauty and hair salons.even all round customer service with anything I've been to, Bernie outshines,Hands down, her service all round is wonderful.which to me, goes along way. Also the salon itself, is lovely and welcoming, seems all the staff I have spoke to, are very friendly, the salon has a pieceful atmosphere. Amazing! Have been coming for a number of years now for a variety of treatments (waxing, massage, manicure). Great friendly service- feel pampered throughout (even if you are getting your bikini waxed!). I live in London but make an excuse to come visit my parents so that I can book an appointment here. I would not go any where else. Gonna miss Danielle as she was very welcoming, friendly and made me feel comfortable, but I have to say Kirsty is amazing lovely polite young lady that has always made me feel welcome and comfortable has taken the time to help me get an appointment that suits.
