Had gel nail polish put on my nails the day before I go on holiday. I usually do it myself with my own lamp but what with the rushing around I thought it would be easier to go get them done.
The service was ok, was told I can't have BlueSky polish and was given CND instead....
The next day, I got to the airport to find the nail polish on all my nails have started to crack already. This has made me so upset and I had nowhere to go as I was jetting off on holiday.
As soon as I landed, I send them pictures (as seen here) and some comments. No response for the whole 2 weeks I've been away.
Soon as I got back, I called them. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH RUDE PEOPLE. I explained the situation and they were not listening they kept saying I should have come in as soon as the nails cracked and they would look at them. No matter how many times I was telling them this was impossible as I was out of the country, they would not listen.
The big man you see sat in the window all the time when you walk past is supposed to be the manager - no customer service whatsoever. Was shouting at me through the phone telling me I can come and get my nails re done. Completely not listening to the fact that they got so bad couple of days after being done, I had to pick them off and would never return to this ship again.
Worst nail salon I have ever been to - AVOID if you don't want to be conned out of your money and have your nails ruined.

Always go to this salon to get my nails done and always have a lovely experience! I know the family who run the business but they talk to their clients and ensure that they feel welcome! Just had French nails done for my prom and I couldn’t be happier!

I went to Nail Master Basingtoke after USA nails people did an awful job on my nails. They are a small family run business. The owner of the shop kindly fixed the nails. I am very happy with the end result. I will go back again. The place may not look as fancy as some of the nail salons near by. However the staff knows their job!

This is a every friendly, exceedingly good and professional salon. Nails look very natural and last a lot longer than other salons.

Had gel nail polish put on my nails the day before I go on holiday. I usually do it myself with my own lamp but what with the rushing around I thought it would be easier to go get them done.

I went to Nail Master Basingtoke after USA nails people did an awful job on my nails. They are a small family run business. The owner of the shop kindly fixed the nails. I am very happy with the end result. I will go back again. The place may not look as fancy as some of the nail salons near by. However the staff knows their job!
